Yes. We are based in Adelaide, Australia. This is where we dream up our unique formulations, before working with a team of Sydney-based chemists to bring them to life.

Yes, absolutely. Together they cover a wider range of skincare bases, actively targeting both acne and aging simultaneously.

Both Revamp and Revive boast truly unique and balanced aromas, but neither are synthetically fragranced.

Our products are breastfeeding and pregnancy safe, however we always recommend consulting your doctor before use.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

$10 flat rate for standard delivery. $15 flat rate for express delivery.

*Free shipping on orders over $100.

Currently we only ship within Australia, though international shipping will be available soon.

All orders are shipped via Australia post.

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase.

For standard orders, following dispatch, delivery timeframe is 2-6 business days. For express orders, following dispatch, delivery timeframe is 1-3 business days. 

*These are estimates provided by Australia Post therefore we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive within these exact timeframes. Please note that delivery to remote areas can take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via an email which will include your tracking information. All orders are shipped via Australian Post; https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it, nor do we make changes to the item(s) purchased.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy only applies to orders that are damaged, incorrect, faulty, or in the very unlikely event that one of our products causes a customer an adverse reaction. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be less than 20% used, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it. 

To request a return, contact us at hello@ettoiskincare.com. Please include your name, order number, and the details regarding your issue. You will also be required to send through a photo or video of your issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an adverse reaction is the reason for your return request, you will also be required to fill out a reaction form for our business records, and may be required to send through a photo or video of your reaction.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method

We do not accept returns based on change of mind.

Sustainability

We kindly ask that you recycle all card packaging and glass bottles, except for the dropper lids found on our products. These will need to go in the waste bin.

As for our Konjac Sponges, once you feel yours has been sufficiently used (approx. 8 weeks), you can simply put it in the compost bin or throw it in your garden where it will break down organically.

Yes! We are proud to use sustainable materials wherever possible. This extends to our parcelling and posting procedures whereby we use 100% compostable mailers and shipping labels.

Always. Our products are not tested on animals, and no animal products are used within our formulas.
